What do I need to start using Pinehub Zonapo?
You'll need a valid driving licence (held for at least 12 months), a smartphone for our mobile app, and a payment method. Our online verification process takes just a few minutes to complete.
How do I unlock and start the vehicle?
Once you've made a booking, use our mobile app to locate your reserved vehicle. The app will unlock the doors when you're nearby. Keys are stored securely inside the vehicle, and you can start the engine once you're seated.
What's included in the rental price?
All bookings include comprehensive insurance, fuel or charging costs, routine maintenance, and 24/7 roadside assistance. There are no hidden fees - you only pay the advertised hourly, daily, or weekly rate.
Can I extend my booking if I need the car longer?
Yes, you can extend your booking through the mobile app as long as the vehicle isn't reserved by another user. Extensions are charged at the same rate as your original booking.
